Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kingssports, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality sports products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains our terms regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched or delivered.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Products may be eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Requests can be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Used products will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
• The refund process usually takes 4–5 working days after approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Products that have been used after delivery
• Discounted or sale items, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery

5. Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kingssports will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return request does not meet the policy conditions, return shipping may not be covered.
